Description
DRIVE SYSTEM
The hydraulic hammer weighs 63.5 kg and features an adjustable stroke frequency ranging from 15 to 40 blows/min (approximately 1.6 seconds between impacts).
A robust steel guide carriage system houses a casing for driving rods (Ø 32 × 900/1000 mm).
The system supports the use of special casing pipes (Ø 48 × 900 mm) to eliminate lateral friction against the common column, increasing test accuracy.
CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
The probe cone has a maximum cross-sectional area of up to 20 cm², used at either 60° or 90° angles depending on the test requirements.
The hydraulic extractor includes a powerful cylinder and integrated clamping system, delivering a pulling force of up to 7 tons.
The steel support frame is equipped with leveling legs and a hydraulic leveling system, ensuring precise operation even on uneven ground.
VERSATILE MOUNTING OPTIONS
The device can be mounted on various platforms, including:
Crawler-type self-propelled rigs
Light vehicle trailers
Wheeled drilling rigs
Mini excavators or manipulators
KEY ADVANTAGES
World-leading energy-to-weight ratio in its category
Adjustable hammer weight: 30–50–63.5 kg up to 73.5 kg, compliant with European and AGI testing standards
Precise impact frequency control for adaptation to various soil conditions
