Here is one example of how we design non-standard products. This trailer is designed to transport salads or other cargo with boxes. As a base was used MINI platform construction. 

The MINI platform is designed to transport construction machinery. Its uniqueness is that one operator can easily transfer the required equipment. The platform was designed taking into account the specifics of Scandinavian work, where contractors work on specific jobs.

Why are we talking about the MINI platform? This salad trailer is based on the MINI trawl base, but some parts are borrowed from other products.

A trailer for transporting salads – what is it?

Our uniqueness – nonstandard products. Every dealer knows that the DINAPOLIS design team will always find a way out of the customer’s problem. If the client has a task – we will solve it and provide the best solution. With this project was the same, the customer needed a vehicle to transport the salad and we made it. The customer already knew what he needed, then our task was to create the right equipment. Using our MINI trawl base, we have developed a specific trailer to transport salads or other vegetables.

The uniqueness of this trailer is the hydraulically lowered and raised chassis. The chassis is lowered during salad loading, raised during transportation. The platform itself is designed to allow load pallets from both sides of the trailer.

With this project, we had several tasks: hydraulic rear suspension and full body cover. To cover all body we choose the cover. All metal construction frames are easily mounted on the platform, so without this frame also possible to use the trailer. The trailer opens easily from either side, then it is convenient to load the boxes.

The MINI trawl is a simple but unique design that can withstand even the heaviest weights. The tractor easily unhooks the trawl, the operator enters the excavator through the front of the trawl and re-engages the tractor.
